Following the success of Meteor Garden (2001), the four male leads, namely Jerry Yan, Vic Chou, Ken Chu, and Vanness Wu, were shot into superstardom. They formed the boy-band F4, named after the clique in the show, with the help of producer Angie Chai. Their debut album was released on August 28, 2001 by Sony Music Taiwan. It sold over 200,000 copies within a few days.
"Liu Xing Yu" is a Chinese cover of Ken Hirai's "Gaining Through Losing" from his album of the same name. It has since become one of F4's most popular songs.
The album was awarded one of the Top 10 Selling Mandarin Albums of the Year at the 2002 IFPI Hong Kong Album Sales Awards, presented by the Hong Kong branch of IFPI. Following the success of their TV series Meteor Garden, the album also received commercial acclaim in Indonesia with sales of more than 300,000 copies.

Official MV :🎬 https://youtu.be/S4jvLWfOE4k
In love, we all asked a question:
"Tell Me Why"
With a firm and powerful voice
Singing out the layers of relationship stacking
Those questions, look back and unfinished words about love
With a bigger perspective
Looking at the depth and weight of love itself
Carrying my burden, I searched all the way, walking past the fading dawn and roadside grass
Perhaps, the answer to love isn't so far away.
