AMD Gathering in Medan

Our lovely city of Medan, which is famous for it's Intel-minded people, hosted an AMD Gathering on September 20, 2007. Organized by AMD Indonesia and eMD authorized distributor, the event held at Spageddies Italian Kitchen for a different atmosphere.

AMD Barcelona Officially Launched & Reviewed

Today, AMD officially launched the first native Quad Core processor with K10 architecture. Codename Barcelona, it's targeted for Server and called AMD Opteron Quad Core.

It has a new logo and promised to bring improvements such as :

Independent Dynamic Core Technology, AMD CoolCore Technology, Dual Dynamic Power Management (DDPM), AMD Wide Floating Point Accelerator, AMD Memory Optimizer Technology, AMD Balanced Smart Cache, and Rapid Virtualization Indexing.

Back from Journey to Jakarta

After a few days on vacation at Jakarta, I'm back at my hometown Medan. During my journey I learned and take pictures on AMD existence in the capital. I make a wish that someday I may see the same on Medan :-)
